Worst service from ticket pro and Spar Zambezi

Worst service from Ticket Pro and Spar Zambezi. Ticket pro sells parking tickets for Ellispark on their website but cant do print at home. Spar Zambezi is one of the outlets where you can collect tickets,went to Spar to print the tickets,only to find out they dont print tickets but they do advertise on the board,buy and collection.

Last year we had the same issue to print and collect. We do buy tickets often but we dont receive any service,ticket pro doesnt even reply to instagram dm's. No service at all from them. On the website they say you can collect at any spar, went to 2 today that doesnt print anymore. So where can we collect tickets?
