WORST SERVICE EVER BY TICKETPRO

I have to say, you are the WORST service I have ever come across! I bought tickets on ticketpro on Monday and made a payment on your website. Money was deducted from my account, thereafter it was supposed to redirect me back to your page but somehow it had errors.

I have been sending messages on that useless chatbox of yours where your people respond after hours and then close my chats because I haven't responded. Do you expect me to sit the whole day on your chatbox waiting for a respond?

The match is on Sunday, and I still don't have my tickets! And I can see I am not the only one who has experienced this, so you better fix your mess before Sunday or refund us our monies!
