Worst platform to buy tickets through

I bought tickets for the zee nation concert but never received the tickets or confirmation for the purchase but money was deducted from my account and I checked out as a guest because I didn’t wanna create a profile , I have been trying to get assistance since yesterday but not getting any help, ticketpro is a nightmare and will never recommend them to anyone. Imagine the concert is today and I have made all the arrangements but no tickets. I feel like I have been ****med. I should have checked the reviews before buying through them.
