Where's my refund??

Horrible experience with ticketpro. I purchased 3 tickets for Marshal erd annual activation. 1 was canceled, only God knows why. I sent an email to them and they said that an refund will be issued over a period of 14 Working days,how horrible but I told them I'm willing to wait. 14 days has passed by I sent an email to agnetha. It's just a story after another
