Website have me problems

I bought tickets online on the 5th fo the Ziyakhala concert happening in sun city 28June. The website allowed fo me log in with my number and didn't allow me put email address. I didn't het ant proof of payment or tickers. Luckily I took screen shot. I wantd to print the tickets but I'm unable to get assistance via emails or calls. Went to spar they couldn't help me without the confirmation email. All I have is a screen shoot of my tickets. The web side was not so user friendly. Is the anyway I cN retrieve my tickets?
