WEBSITE CRASH WHEN BOOKING AND THEN LOSING YOUR TICKETS

Tried to book tickets for Springboks vs Ireland Loftus game, I have been on the website for 2 hours prior to sales going live. I got my tickets in Check Out phase just for the website to crash multiple times. I am not the only one who experienced this, it is SHOCKING. I tried again and again with no luck. They should not sell tickets for big events as their website clearly cannot handle the volume.
