Very poor customer care and after sales service.

I bought tickets for the first day of the test against India at Newlands. They did not send them to me in any format that I can download. Its been 7 weeks since I started asking and following up. their help desk is apparently 6 to 8 weeks behind on its email. Their helpline still has not resolved this, despite me spending time engaging with them. What they did send me so far, were tickets to some event at Emperors Palace that I did not buy. They have got to have the worst after sales service, ******* customer care and after all this, I still don't have my tickets!!!!! the game is in a few days with more public holidays in between.
