Very Pathetic and Dissapointing!!

Very very disappointing and poor extremely poor service!!! Its a mission to get in touch with any of support team for assistance!!

I tried sending an email and texting with the chat bot but no response received and this is so upsetting. I bought a Zee nation fest ticket(online , no account), and the payment went through, when I had to get my ticket it says that the order aborted/page not found! the event is in a few hours and I really require my ticket, but cannot get any assistance or support - just pure silence!!!
