Urgent: Refund Request [Case: 440346] – Ticket Ref No 25037B4C05

We purchased tickets for Sun City for the 4th of April. Unfortunately, in the early hours of the 28th of March, my partner’s brother passed away. As a result, we immediately requested a refund, knowing we would not be able to attend.

After several follow-ups, Portia Mbatha (TP) responded on the 8th of April under [Case: 440346] regarding Ticket Ref No 25037B4C05. We provided all the required documents, including the death certificate, proof of payment, and banking details for the refund.

To date, we have not received any further response or a refund.
