URGENT: No Response from Ticketpro – Paid CeCe Winans Tickets Not Received!

I am extremely disappointed with the complete lack of service and accountability from Ticketpro.

I purchased two tickets for the CeCe Winans – More Than This concert scheduled for Tuesday, 19 August 2025 at Rhema Church. Payment was successfully made, and I have provided all necessary proof of payment, ticket reference numbers (***7 and ***1), and screenshots of the tickets as captured at the time of purchase.

Despite multiple emails and follow-ups over several days – including attaching bank confirmations and ticket screenshots – I have not received the PDF versions of my tickets. I was told by a representative (Nomvula Rahube) that the transaction was unsuccessful, even though I’ve provided full proof that payment was made and cleared.

With the concert now just days away, I am being ignored and left without the tickets I paid for. This is completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and may amount to *****. Your failure to deliver purchased tickets is a violation of consumer rights and I will not hesitate to escalate this to the National Consumer Commission and pursue legal action if this is not resolved immediately.

Ticketpro, this is your final opportunity to resolve this before further legal steps are taken. I demand my valid, scannable PDF tickets be sent to me without further delay.
