URC TICKET DOUBLE BOOKED

TicketPro double booked the tickets that I purchased from them for the URC Rugby Final. I was forced to leave my seat and spend 60mins waiting in a line for the kiosk manager only to inform me that they couldn't give me a REFUND! I missed 60% of the final! Some seats were triple booked, it's unacceptable. I want my money back!
