URC final double bookings

Unbelievable how on earth can you double book tickets at such a big event. We paid URC tickets online and paid R170 per ticket when we got to our seats and people with Spar slips had the same seat numbers however they only paid R80. They refused to get up. This is unacceptable! The ticketpro representatives at the stadium were more useless than an icecream toaster. Not even to mention how poor their website is. SURELY there is another company that can do a way better job then Ticketpro.
