Upgrade of tickets! Useless service!

I have been trying to get hold of ticket pro for over a month! Their contact centre refers me to their chat bot. Their email also says to contact through chat bot! I have tried almost every day for all these weeks and still cannot get 1 answer! The chatbot says putting through to an agent and then nothing happens!! Now I am sitting with duplicate tickets because I just cannot get hold of ticketpro!!! I even posted on hellopeter and had a response that they will contact me - guess what! Nothing!!!

I wanted to upgrade my tickets over a month ago and because that didn’t happen. I bought the better seats and wanted to cancel the others! And again this is impossible! Even though the website says I am allowed to with cancellation fees!

Now the event is this weekend and I’m sitting with duplicate tickets all because ticket pro is useless as useless can be! If there was a 0 star rating that’s what I would give them because there is no after sales service whatsoever! Pathetic really! Why change over to bots it just doesn’t work!

I still desperately need some kind of feedback on what I can do with these extra tickets!! ***
