Unresponsive/ Terrible Customer Service

We purchased tickets for a group for the Keyshia Cole concert. As soon as it was announced that the show was postponed we had requested a refund as we would not be able to attend in January. Since then nobody has contacted us or confirmed our refund request. Does this mean that Ticketpro will force us to go to the concert or we will lose our money?
