Unprofessional Service

I request refund for the outdoor movie that was cancelled due to heavy rains in December 2023. Dikeledi who was assisting me told me the refund will be made within 7 working days. It's now February 2024 and no refund. I sent serveal emails with no reaponse. I am so disappointed. TicketPro is just a ****.
