Unable to collect tickets or contact ticketpros

Just booked my tickets for Sunday's test cricket match at Kingsmeade in Durban. It is the first time I'm using Ticketpros, and the website isn't the most user friendly, but I booked and it asked if I want to print tickets myself or collect, so I selected collect.<br> <br> I then selected the branch of Postnet at which I would like to collect the tickets. The site then asks me very nicely to please collect the tickets between now and Sunday when the test match starts. However, it also says further down that Postnet are not open on Sundays or Public Holidays, which means it will be impossible for me to collect these tickets.<br> <br> This is understandable, however now there is no way for me to go back and select the option to print my own tickets, and furthermore it only gives me the option to collect my tickets at a postnet branch, all of which will be closed until Monday.<br> <br> Please tell me how I am supposed to now get my tickets which I've paid for ?
