Tickets to SAvAUS

My Sister bought 3tickets online from ticketpros. Each ticket is R550 for the sun zone, they charged us for 3 but only emailed one. Then we sent an email asking why did we get one? sent them ref number ***A43, they said it charged us for 3 they'll check and try to fix it. We then sent an email telling them to refund or give us tickets. My sister emailed Marius, Althea and Nonhle. Finally they sent the other 2 tickets after saying its sold out. Then we sent an email saying thank you problem fixed we got the tickets. today we get to wanderer's only to find that the initial ticket we got is now canceled, the other 2 are fine. stadium said there's nothing they can do. ticketpros call center is rude and hang up on you. we want a refund, pity they are the only ones who sell sporting events tickets. I DONT WANT TO EVER DEAL WITH THEM. BULL **** SERVICE!
