Tickets refund.
Still waiting for tickets refund for for a show that was canceled on the 29th of August.we were told to send emails to you client services,did that with no response over a week now ,client service number not going through to client service,it tells us to go to the website for live chat and it's not working. Can I please get somebody to assist I need my refund for the 3 tickets I bought. Your service is really bad. Tried contacting you on Facebook and sent the tickets reference numbers on the email a week ago and till now no one has rep****.
