Tickets never received but money taken.

Shambles. Spent R600 on tickets. The download function froze with a ‘loading’ sign. No email with tickets came through. Login to account - error response. Go with forgotten password - verification codes sent do not work!

No phone number on website. Use the chat function. 60 minutes later STILL no response.

Missed the event. Now have to try get a refund but no one replies.
