Tickets

I bought a Zeenation fest ticket on 16 June and money was debited from my account but didn’t receive any confirmation or tickets via the email I provided. From what I know is that tickets should be sent via email within few minutes of purchase but it’s been 3 days without receiving anything . Your portal is constantly under maintenance which makes it even hard to track my tickets or retrieve them in any way
