Ticketpro's terrible system and long wait for help

I have been purchasing from ticketpro for over 2 years and I have never had issues until today. I purchased tickets for the Bulls vs Glasgow URC final and didn't receive an email(it usually doesn't take longer than 30 minutes). I called them the next day only to realise that my tickets weren't allocated in the system and that the payment never went through. The lady on the other side reserved my tickets for me and asked to send a proof of payment. After showing her that the money deducted from my account another lady asked me to instead EFT them and then she will send me the tickets. I made an instant EFT and had to visit the bank to reverse the previous payment. As of writing this I still don't have my tickets, even after 4 days of stress and phone calls. This is the most important I have ever bought tickets for and to see it spoilt by a broken system is extremely disappointing. Ticketpro also has an extremely outdated and archaic website design, even worse than the one before the update. By far the worst ticket service I have ever used.
