TicketPros : Case 96125

<p>I ordered tickets online for the Dstv Delicious festival. TicketPro didnt process the transaction as they needed lots of personal details like ID copy, proof of residence , Copy of credit card etc. I emailed them back saying I'm uncomfortable sending so much personal information being sent electronically and instructed them to cancel the transaction. They didn't and have drawn the money on my account but I have already purchased the tickets directly from the outlet. The lady fro TicketPro I dealt with is Leslie Moonsamy and Nosihle. I want my money back. </p>
