What should be a simple act of resetting a password to access purchased tickets has been an absolute nightmare as the ticket website does not send an email when the button is clicked. The phone number for ticketpro redirects to "digital channels". There has been no response to email for over 24 hours and the "live chat" promised on the website does not work. The support this ticketing platform offers is abysmal.
