TicketPro - Where is the Pro????

Does anyone have any idea how to get hold of TicketPro?

I purchased tickets for a comedy show tomorrow night, no telephone numbers I found online works, I have been sending emails and attempting to chat with their chatbot for the last week with absolutely no response.

I am very disappointed in their service. At this point I just want a refund.
