TicketPro *********** & Unable to pay back your money!

We had to load money on a Ticketpro card in order to purchase beverages at Outdoor X that took place 03 June 2023. We were advised that the money left on the card will be paid back to us within a week. We are on calls continuously to get our money returned and it is now already two weeks later. We keep getting sent from pilar to post. ALL WE WANT IS OUR MONEY. This seems like an impossible task since Ticketpro has *********** staff working for them. Every time we call we get asked to submit all the same details, or worst yet different feedback from each person we speak to. First the status is in progress then suddenly they require our details, AGAIN.
