Ticketpro treats their clients like trash!!!!!

Do not use ticketpro EVER. I bought tickets from them on tuesday evening. the money for my tickets went out of my account, however they claim to not have received it. I tried interacting with them on their online chatbot. I spoke with Gosego. He had no interest in helping me. And I had to keep following up. I then contacted their call centre. They told me to send an email which I did. Today I phone to follow up and they claim to not have received my email. I asked for the complaints number and the consultant gave me a number but not a valid number. I had to google to search for the number. When I eventually got through to the switchboard they told me I had to call another number. Tried calling that number, but there is no answer. What the actual hell!!
