I purchased tickets for the Keyshia Cole concert last year September, which was cancelled. Despite sending all the required details for a refund, I have to date still not received any correspondence from them. You are unable to speak to anyone, because they only operate via an online chat and email, to which they do not acknowledge or respond. TicketPro is a TRAP.
