Ticketpro= Terrible service

I bought tickets for the Proteas vs Zimbabwe match in October 2018, which was abandoned due to inclement weather. Ticketpro asked that I send the tickets and my bank statement which was done on 31 October 2018. This is July 2019 and I am yet to receive my refund, I have been sent from pillar to post and they have now classified my email as spam
