TicketPro streee's me out

TicketPro is a useless platform. I wish I could get sporting tickets using another platform. Everytime I use this platform, I get stressed out and upset. Just this morning, I was trying to book rugby tickets, their website was so hopeless and unuser friendly, I gave up and phoned their Customer care line where I booked tickets. They need to send me an e-mail with a payment link. I have now phoned three three times, given three different e-mail addresses and I still have not got anything from them. They are absolutely useless.
