Ticketpro stay away no customer support

I bought 5 tickets for the sa20 cricket match at Wanderers which took place on the 3 February 2023,the match was adapted due to rain and I have been trying to get hold of ticketpro via telephone and also emailed them,no answer from them on telephone and they dont respond ro emails,won't be using them again,suggest you stay away from ticketpro,they will take your money fast but when you need support they are never available!
