Ticketpro service sucks

I've been trying to get assistance for a refund for a show that was cancelled I've sent emails for a week and didn't get any response, I've tried chatting on their site i spoke to Portia and Gosego and they just tell me to send an email even though I've told them I've sent multiple, when will I get any feedback
