TicketPro Refunds

The worst experience ever. They cancelled the BurnaBoy event. I contacted them and had to follow all the procedures for my tickets refund. They got back to me after a week, told me I had to wait 7-10 business days. It’s past 12 business days and I still haven’t received anything from them. They don’t respond to my emails or calls either. Never again!!!
