TicketPro online purchase - money taken from my credit card and NO tickets provided!

On the 23rd February we went on line to purchase tickets for Castle lite unlocks(Cardi B). We went through the steps and made payment using my credit card. The payment was approved and went through to TicketPro but then the website sent an error message and no tickets were provided. I have proof of purchase and my bank also confirmed payment is gone through to TicketPro's bank account. My bank provided the authentication number for proof of payment as well. TicketPro is being very unhelpful and saying they did not receive payment and cannot help at all as it is Castle lite event but castle lite has no details on the website to contact if there is an issue with tickets. This seems very ********** as payment goes to TicketPro yet no assistance from them!
