Ticketpro - No refund

One star is actually too generous. Purchased tickets to the Disney 100 outdoor cinema experience with no issue in DECEMBER - due to weather conditions the show had to be cancelled. We were informed that we needed to email ticketpro so that they could issue a refund. It’s the end of Feb, I have emailed them multiple times and reached to them on social media since. Radio silence! Customer service is non existent when it comes to getting your money back - might as well say goodbye to your money.
