Ticketpro must shut down!!! Poor Service delivery

I'll never book at Ticketspro ever again. Their service is very poor,their are ***** and not trustworthy. On the the 17 July 2023 I purchased a ticket for the Tasha Cobbs Durban Show which was going to take place on the 23rd of September 2023. 2days before the show began show was canceled, I received a sms with a refund email, I email refund@ticketpro on the day I received the sms, I didn't get a response for a week. 1st week of October is when I got a response back from the company, I was asked for my cellphone number and reference number, i did as per request then received an email that my refund will reflect within 7-10working days, 10days passed still no money reflecting in my account, I followed up again following week, same story "Please provide us with your cell number and reference and bank details to proof you are the right person", did just that, still no money in my account. 16 Oct 2023 I emailed again and this time frustrated by the delay. I was told money will be EFT on the day, 17 October 2023 I call customer service to please do a follow up, they tell me money was transferred today (Tues) not Monday anymore, lady says it shall reflect 2-3days in my account, 3days has passed still no money again. I called again today 20 October 2023 for a follow up and I found out that the money was transferred yesterday (Thursday) "so they say" , I don't trust anything they say now. I was told money should reflect on Monday (23 October 2023). I don't believe this, I'm shocked at the ****py service I got. I'm following up on my own money as if I'm asking for a loan...no ways!!! I'm beyond mad.
