TicketPro Must Fall

No online service should be entrusted with handling people's banking details or personal information if it has numerous technical errors on their website.

This is my first time in many years of buying tickets online where I had to wait for over 90 minutes in a virtual queue, only to end up with no progress due to persistent web page and technical errors.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such issues with TicketPro. Last year, I experienced a similar situation, and I am aware that I am not the only one affected.

Rest assured, we will make a dedicated effort to inform BKT URC about this matter.
