TicketPro - KEM's upcoming show ticket purchase!

I have just purchased 3 tickets from ticketpro. I have not received any confirmation. Funny you go through the steps but when the bank takes you back to their site it says it is under maintenance. I want to cancel my tickets and buy from a reputable buyer. It looks like their operations are not quite good.

It's odd that after completing the steps, when the bank redirects me back to their site, it shows that the site is under maintenance. I want to cancel my tickets and buy from a more reputable seller, as it seems their operations are not very reliable.

I have tried using their chat support, which is supposed to be real-time, and I have emailed them without any response. I became concerned when a large company like theirs claims to be fully digital yet has these issues. I figured that something is wrong when such a huge company claims they are fully digital.
