Ticketpro is the worst!!!

Ticketpro is the absolute ****** worst ticket provider!!!!!!!!!! If the system allowed they would literally get a zero rating! Two consecutive years and they still couldn’t get the ticketing system right for the URC final. Stood in a queue for over an hour at the Spar, managed to get two tickets. Ticket pro contacts me at 5pm this afternoon - 24 hours before the game to say that ‘oops they made a mistake, the block I’m booked in should not have been available for sales! It was a glitch in their system… no alternate provision made… nothing very proudly saying that they will give free tickets for one of the next URC games next year!!! Are you f*****g kidding me!!! Your only job is to provide tickets and you aren’t even able to do that! What a ****** joke.
