TicketPro, is leaving Betway SA T20 bad experience to everyone who attended the stadium. It's such a pitty, as the Stadium is so amazing

I recently booked tickets via ticketpro for the Betway SA T20, the experience was awfal. when I got the ground, I had to walk from pillar to post to move the tickets into a wallet which no one explained previously, after much effort we managed to get into the ground, the matched rained out, there was an add on the screen which provided us with a phone number and email address, *** or email address ***. I have been trying since the 5th of Jan, no one answers the phone, emails go unanswered. I took my entire family and whilst many may think, ag its okay, I wont accept it. The advert clearly states, if less than 7 overs are played, there will be a refund, however ticketpro simply doesnt respond, so what if there were 15,000 people all of them wont be refunded. Cricket SA, get a new supplier as this doesnt bost well for you guys
