TicketPro is becoming a ****

They decided to be digital by not taking calls anymore.

Now their live chat....is not even a live chat...no1 attends to their so called live chat. They just automate a text "How can we help and it ends there"

I bought two tickets for the Nedbank cup semifinal...The payment was successful. I even got a reference...but never received my tickets.

I also emailed their enquiry email address....no assistance at all.

Thanks a lot for robbing people.
