Ticketpro is a ****😡

I purchased 4 tickets online and money was deducted from my account but I never received any confirmation email from ticketpro. I called in 4 times and all the agents assured me that they can see my email with proof of payment and that a booking agent wilI will send my booking confirmation by close of business on 05-10-2022. Come 06-10-2022, the day I'm supposed to take my kids for a day visit in Suncity there's still no communication from them even after 2 emails that I sent to them. I'm dissatisfaction with their lack of communication and poor service.
