Ticketpro is a absolute disgrace!

Hi I've bought tickets for the stormers vs bulls final just to find out that my tickets is parking tickets and i paid R3000 and now I've been struggling since the 14th of June to get my refund. I have send all the necessary documents almost 10 times but to no avail! This company is really a disappointment in how they handle their clients after taking their money and then giving them the run around to getting a refund. I will never use their services ever again!!
