TicketPro, false advertising and not refunding people's money!!

After numerous emails to TicketPro asking for a refund on the tickets I booked for the SAT20 cricket , I eventually resorted to HelloPeter as ticketpro was unresponsive. To my amazement, they immediatly responded to my HelloPeter Post dated 13 Jan. They assured me that my refund will be done, the tournament is over, its now the ICC T20 world cup and yet still have not been refunded. Speaking to a few of my friends who were also present at the match, all we got was emails with no refunds. @TicketsPro, are you guys planning on ****ming all 14,000 spectators or frustrating us to a point where will stop asking for our refund?? Not going to happen, I think I should tag in Graeme Smith to inform him to find another credible, reliable partner who wouldn't spoil such a great tournament for all of the attendees. #PAYBACKTHEMONEY!!! Your service is pathetic and you ticketpro have let us down, as a spectator, I don’t trust you, someone who loves attending Sporting events, I will never use to book any event in future as I don’t trust you. I would rather stay at home.
