Ticketpro double/triple bookings

The tickets that we purchased for the URC final were double booked. Ticketpro made the whole experience unpleasant. There was no one to assist, older people were seated on those cold steps. Disgrace Ticketpro. Such a bad reflection on the city of Cape town. I guess I won't be receiving a response as the money was cashed out already.
