Ticketpro Customer service rating- 1/10

Please assist me with getting a refund for the Orlando Pirates and Marumo Gallants game that took place on the 1st ofMarch. I was unable to gain access to the venue due to supporters rioting and creating an unsafe environment for me and my party.I arrived at the venue 45 minutes for before the game started(I arrived at 5pm) and the security guards that were controlling the crowd refused me entry into the venue and told me to go home. Please note that the refund is for six tickets.

I have also tried multiple times over the last two weeks to email and call yet my emails are not being rep**** to. After sending an email to the contact details provided, there is no automated message that acknowledges my email either, please assist as soon as possible as this displays a form of unprofessionalism from Ticketpro
