Ticketpro bad service

I bought Christmas village tickets on the 27 of December @17:53 for the 28th show starting @15:00 mistakenly I chose the wrong date which was the same day now ticketpro is refusing to reimburse my money.How does the system allow me to buy tickets for the same day but the time has passed??
