TicketPro are unavailable to sell tickets to AAD

Hi, Trying to purchase ticket for AAD. Using AAD site, select purchase ticket, takes me to TicketPro site and then receive a message "we are away right now". Have screen dumps of all messages. Then try TicketPro site, only tickets offered are hospitality tickets at ridiculous prices. WHAT AN *********** COMPANY WITH A MORE *********** and PATHETIC WEBSITE!!!!!
