Ticketpro are ****mers

This company takes the money of hard working consumers and doesn't care. we have been waiting for our refund for an event that was cancelled for a month now. The person dealing with my complaint Juraisha Pillay is ***********, lacks empathy and should not be working in the service industry. She has been giving me the run around for weeks now after informing me that my refund will only take 7-10 working days, after calling ticketpro numerous times everyday, I was told that Juraisha didnt trigger my refund!!!! This was never communicated to me and I had to be the one following up. Till now i haven't received anything and ticketpro are just ****ming black people. they should not get away with it!!!
