TICKETPRO ARE ****MERS

I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Ticketpro.

I purchased tickets for the Kanye West concert, which was subsequently cancelled. Despite the cancellation, I have not received my refund to date. I have emailed *** multiple times and received no response whatsoever.

I have also attempted to contact Ticketpro via Instagram and other platforms, again with no response. The complete lack of communication is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially where customers’ money is involved.

Under South African consumer law, customers are entitled to refunds for cancelled events. Ticketpro’s continued silence gives the impression that customer concerns are being deliberately ignored.

I am now forced to escalate this matter publicly and will be taking this further if the refund is not processed urgently. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when purchasing tickets through Ticketpro until this issue is resolved.

I expect immediate feedback and confirmation of my refund.
