Am still struggling to get my refund for the Keyshia Cole concert that was cancelled. You send an email and they respond after centuries, and have to submit the same documents over and over again because you get a response from a different agent whenever they decide to response. You call them, their contact numbers are not going through, and their stupid WhatsApp line can't get you to anywhere.

This is daylight *******, they don't give a damn about customers.
